UNTIL WE HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIVING FFL!Those wishing to use a Curio & Relics license may do so with the receiving FFL We do not hold items for extended periods of time, or do layaways IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW IF THE ITEM

please check your STATES LAWS and your FFL’s requirements BEFORE bidding We DO NOT ship ANY FIREARMS to CALIFORNIA OR NEW YORK We WILL NOT ship high capacity magazines to states that restrict their use We WILL NOT modify a firearm to meet your states requirements If you win the auction & later find it to not be legal in your state,
you are responsible for our auction fees as well as a 10% re-stocking fee
